Artificial Intelligence Internship

As an AI Intern, you will work on enhancing AI applications, particularly focusing on the development, training, and fine-tuning of Large Language Models (LLMs) for improved skill extraction from diverse data sets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and refine Large Language Models (LLMs) used for skill prediction and extraction from varied data sources.
• Define and implement methodologies for validating model predictions to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Collaborate on the design and optimization of data storage systems to support AI model development and execution.
• Conduct model training and fine-tuning using advanced techniques to improve performance and adapt to specific use cases.
• Work closely with the engineering and data science teams to ensure the seamless integration of AI technologies into the startup’s product offerings.
• Monitor and analyze AI model outputs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategic adjustments.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Technical Expertise: Strong foundation in AI principles, particularly in the development and fine-tuning of LLMs
• Programming Skills: Proficiency in Python is essential; familiarity with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch is preferred.
• Data Handling: Experience working with large datasets, with a good understanding of data preprocessing, feature extraction, and model validation techniques.
• Machine Learning: Knowledge of key machine learning algorithms and techniques such as supervised learning, unsupervised learning, and transfer learning.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to approach complex AI challenges with innovative, strategic solutions.
• Analytical Thinking: Skilled in the evaluation of model performance, using metrics to optimize and improve outputs.
• Communication Skills: Ability to convey complex AI concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders alike.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) techniques and applications.
• Knowledge of cloud-based AI solutions, including AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure, for scalable model training and deployment.
• Experience with AI ethics and understanding of biases in AI models and how to mitigate them.
• Exposure to reinforcement learning and other advanced AI methodologies.
